When will I receive confirmation of my booking?

We aim to dispatch all booking confirmations same day by first class post however please allow up to 4
days for it to arrive.

Do you charge extra for venues which are upstairs?

Normally there is no extra charge for upstairs venues, however, please notify us upon booking if access
to the venue is via stairs or the disco is to be held a long distance from parking as extra time will
need to be allowed for unloading

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully public liability covered to a maximum of £1 Million.

Do you use strobe lighting effects? i suffer epilepsy

We do have and use strobe lighting effects, however if you are triggered by them, please notify us prior
to the start of the event and we will disable them.

What do you need at the venue to set up?

All that we require at the venue is sufficient power to run our equipment, all equipment is freestanding,
an 8x4 foot area shoud be sufficient to accomodate the disco with room for people to get past.

How long does setup take?

where access to the venue is easy, setup can take as little as 30 minutes, however if access to the venue is
difficult, up to 90 minutes may be required, we will be able to give a better estimate upon booking.
